The Functional Movement Screen

You move better, you live better. What is your movement baseline? The Functional Movement Screen [FMS] readily identifies muscle imbalances and limitations that distort function, body-mechanics and structural integrity. These imbalances can lead to poor results, muscle/joint aches, pains, altered body-mechanics, decreased performance and increase risk of injury. Since no two bodies are alike, these imbalances and limitations can affect different people in different ways.

By identifying these limitations, we can develop a more complete exercise strategy that will give you better results, improved body balance and reduce risk of injury at the same time.

Our Trainers have been certified in the FMS protocol since 2011. It's a perfect addition to our program philosophy.
