Fernando’s approach is rooted in his own journey. Growing up overweight and unathletic, he faced intense challenges with his body, including a severe low back injury that left him needing a cane in his twenties.
Frustrated with conventional advice, he explored uncommon, science-based methods that eliminated his pain and transformed his life — all without relying on surgery, painkillers or devices. That experience drives his passion today: empowering others to reclaim their bodies and confidence through intelligent, sustainable training.
