Then we score your body into one of two zones:
🔵 BLUE ZONE: You’re in good structural balance—ready to safely build strength and fitness.
🔴 RED ZONE: Your body is out of alignment. Pushing forward now would only amplify pain, stiffness, or risk of injury. This is where most gyms and trainers get it wrong.

Every session at Fusion Fitness Studio is a full-body experience, not just a workout. It’s 60 minutes of focused, personalized attention designed to move you forward—whether you’re rebuilding from pain or training to perform at your best.

A customized workout aligned with your current phase in our 4-step process—Restore, Build, or Perform

Cooldown + guided stretching to enhance recovery and flexibility
