# 1 - PRIVATE Personal Training Studio
Personal. Private. Relaxed. No more crowds, waiting for equipment, fashion shows, social gossip sessions, people taking selfies or feeling like you are exercising in a "fishbowl" with all eyes watching you. Depending on the time of day, there may only be 2-3 other people in the studio during your session. We promote a positive, non-intimidating environment where you can feel comfortable while you train. In this private setting you can be more relaxed, focused and get more from your training sessions.
NOTE: Client Limit to Ensure Personal Attention. In order to maintain our high standard of quality and personal attention, we limit the amount of clients we take on. Once we reach our client limit, you go on our waiting list. No exceptions.

People come in all shapes and sizes, so we won’t force you into a ‘one-size-fits-all’ program like others do - your individual body structure will help us determine which exercise combinations will work best for YOU. And since people get-in-shape for different reasons, we’ll take the time to get to know YOU and your individual needs so we can create a custom exercise program that will deliver the best results for you.

Trusted Experts. Real Results. Our professional trainers have decades of experience, nationally accredited certifications from top organizations like the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI). We also continually pursue additional training from top experts in the fields of anatomy, physiology, movement science, biomechanics, fitness testing and nutrition. We understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to ensure you get fit in the right way and at the right pace.
# 4 - A Return to the Original: PHYSICAL CULTURE
For centuries, exercise fell under the umbrella of a total health, fitness and performance approach called “Physical Culture”. During that time, physical trainers only taught personalized total-body exercise.

Around 1950, exercise changed forever. Exercise machines for isolating muscle groups were invented. People got caught up and quickly traded substance for a bunch of shiny new machines. These "assembly-line" one-size-fits-all machine-based workouts were easy to teach, but not as effective.
Fusion Fitness Studio returned to the original time-proven principles of Physical Culture and combined it with present-day science for maximum results!

# 5 - Gold Standard MOVEMENT Testing
When you move better, you train better. One part of custom-tailoring your fitness and performance training to your unique needs is performing an individualized assessment. The Functional Movement Screen [FMS] is one way we do that.. The FMS documents movement patterns key to normal human function. By screening these fundamental patterns, the FMS will readily identify critical body imbalances, limitations and asymmetries. Addressing these imbalances will reduce likelihood of injury and create better overall results.

In 2009, after 15 years of in-the-trenches experience as a Trainer, painstaking research into original Physical Culture methods, present-day exercise science and meticulous refinements of his methods… Fernando combined the best-of-both worlds and created a unique system that guarantees success.
Paredes established his proprietary Fusion Fitness & Performance™ training system and named his exercise method "Core-to-Strength"™. A proven system that delivers repeatable results in a fraction of the usual time.
