Our Philosophy. At Fusion Fitness Studio, we prioritize simplicity and respect to create a positive environment for all clients.

 
 

Code of Conduct. To maintain a professional, respectful, and productive training environment for everyone, we ask all clients to observe the following:

  • Positive Attitude: We value clients who are coachable and maintain a positive outlook. Each session is an opportunity to learn, grow, and challenge oneself.

  • Equipment Care: Please handle all equipment responsibly. Dropping weights or mishandling equipment is unsafe and not permitted.

  • Footwear: Clean sneakers are mandatory. To maintain our facility’s cleanliness, please wipe your feet upon entry.

  • Respectful Communication: Treat all staff and clients with courtesy and professionalism. Constructive feedback is always welcome in a respectful tone.

  • Studio Etiquette: Training sessions may occur simultaneously. Please be mindful of others by keeping noise levels low and conversations appropriate.

  • Phone Usage: Please silence or turn off your phone during sessions to minimize distractions.

  • Cleanliness & Hygiene: Wear clean workout gear, use deodorant, if you perspire a lot please bring a towel to place on any equipment you use. This helps us maintain a fresh and sanitary environment for all.

We reserve the right to address inappropriate behavior or persistent disregard for these standards.

Payments & Scheduling

  • Accepted Payments: We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

  • Program Payments: Full payment is required upfront to reserve your sessions.

  • Renewals: Renewal payments are due on the final session of your current program.

  • Scheduling: Appointments are booked in advance. We aim to maintain consistent days and times for your sessions.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will result in the session being forfeited.

  • No-Show Policy: Missing a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that life happens. However, out of respect for your trainer’s schedule and other clients:

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

  • Missed time cannot be made up at the end or added to a future session.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your trainer may consider the session a no-show, and it may be forfeited per our cancellation policy.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to maximize the value of your session.

Communication & Scheduling

To keep your program running smoothly, we’ve established the following communication guidelines:

  • General Inquiries & Scheduling Changes: Email is preferred for most communication — use it to update us on scheduling, discuss program details, or request changes.

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling (Time-Sensitive): Text messaging is preferred for same-day or last-minute notices. This ensures we receive your message as quickly as possible.

  • Contact Info: You’ll receive the appropriate email address and phone number upon enrollment.

Please allow 24–48 hours for non-urgent responses. We appreciate your courtesy and clear communication.

Program Duration & Holds

  • 3-Session Quick-Start: Must be completed within 5 weeks.

  • 6-Week Training Course: Must be completed within 8 weeks.

  • 14-Week Transformation Program: Must be completed within 20 weeks.

  • Program Holds: Programs can be temporarily placed on hold due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical issues) with management approval.

Trainer Substitution

We reserve the right to assign a different trainer if necessary to ensure the continuity and quality of your training.

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Please commit to completing your program upon enrollment. Unused sessions will not be refunded.

  • Session Expiry: Unused sessions will expire 3 months after the program period ends.

Inclement Weather

Your safety is our priority. While we strive to remain open, we may close the studio and reschedule sessions during extreme weather or unforeseen events.

Health Disclaimer

Always consult your physician before starting any new exercise or diet program. Participation is at your own risk.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Any information you provide to Fusion Fitness Studio — including your name, contact information, health details, and payment data — is kept strictly confidential.

  • We use your information only to provide you with our services, communicate about scheduling or program updates, and improve your experience.

  • We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties or outside companies, for any reason.

  • We may occasionally send you updates or wellness content. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

Your trust is important to us, and we take data protection seriously.
