Terms & Conditions



Simplicity and Respect. We make every attempt to keep our rules simple so everyone can enjoy a positive experience at our studio. Here are some simple terms and conditions we abide by concerning our daily operations.  

  • Client Attitude - we enjoy working with people who are coachable, have a positive outlook and a hardcore desire to become better. Clients are encouraged to view each session as an opportunity to learn, grow and challenge themselves.  

  • Studio Etiquette – Equipment must be treated with care and respect. Dropping weights or carelessly handling the exercise equipment is not only dangerous but unacceptable as well.   


  • Footwear - clean sneakers are a must inside the studio. Wearing “yard-work” footwear covered in dirt and grass clippings is not permitted. It gets in the rubber flooring making it difficult to clean. In winter-time, please make sure sneakers are dry and salt-free from the outside. We always encourage the wiping of feet as soon as you step inside the studio entryway.

  • Payment - we accept cash, check and all major credit cards. All payments are made up-front in advance to reserve appointments in our schedule.


  • Scheduling Appointments - appointments are booked in advance. Though not attainable at times, we prefer to keep the same appointment day and time whenever possible. 

  • Training Sessions - sessions are one hour. Depending on the needs of each client, it may be broken down as follows: 40-50 minutes exercise time (warm-up, training, cool-down, stretching) with remaining 10-20 minutes for discussing training plan, consulting on a topic and scheduling our next appointment.  


  • Cancellation - 24-Hours Notice is required to cancel a scheduled appointment or the session will be forfeited.


  • No-Show - a client "no-show" for an appointment is an automatic forfeited session.


  • Program Expiration - maximum time to complete the 3-session short course is 5 weeks. Maximum time to complete the 6-week training course is 8 weeks. Programs can temporarily be placed "on-hold" due to an unforeseen circumstance (ex. medical issue needing attention) with management approval.


  • Renewal - renewal payments are due on the last session of the current program.


  • Substitution - we reserve the right to substitute the Client's assigned Trainer if deemed necessary.


  • No Refund Policy - please enroll with us when you can commit to completing your program. If you choose to discontinue your training prior to completing your program, we will not refund monies on any un-used sessions. And any sessions that remain un-used 3-months after the program period has expired will also be forfeited.  


  • Inclement Weather - Safety first. It is our policy to remain open during most periods of inclement weather. However, where extraordinary circumstances warrant, due to weather or other unforeseen interruption, we reserve the right to close the studio and reschedule appointments to a safer, more convenient day and time.
