The 40 & F.I.T. Blueprint™ is organized into four progressive 12-week training blocks. Each Training Block contains three phases that gradually build upon one another.
Not everyone requires all four Training Blocks.
Some individuals achieve their goals within the first block and feel confident continuing on their own.
Others benefit from additional progression to further restore mobility, improve strength, build resilience, and address limitations that have developed over many years.
The roadmap exists so you have access to the right amount of guidance for your situation and goals.
The purpose of this structure is not to create dependency. It exists because meaningful physical change often occurs in layers.
The first block establishes the foundation.
How far you continue is entirely up to you and your goals.
The question is simply:
